A little bit about your instructor

Hello again, guys! Here is a little introduction about myself:

My name is Ronaldo, I live in Brasília, and I teach English. This is a recent picture of mine. I like technology very much.

That's it.

In the comments area, write what you think about my introduction. You can use the following questions to help you:
  • Is my introduction complete? If so, what extra information do you think would be relevant? If not, what else would you like to know about me?
  • How could my introduction be better connected?
  • Do you think the picture plays an important role in an online introduction? Why (not)?

Hi, teacher! My name is Mayra Cristine, nice too meet you!
Well, about your introduction I think that you could add more information like:
Where did you take this picture? I think that you take it in NY, am I right? : )
Are you the kind of person that is always traveling abroad? What countries have you visited? Did you lived in other country? Where were you born? Are you from Brasilia?
Where you studied English? How long have you been teaching English? Did you speak other languages? Like Spanish, French, Italian… Are you married? How old are you?
At last, I would ask if you like any kind of sport and what kind of music you like to listen. Do you have any favorite soccer team? Do you play any instrument? What kind of technology do you like?

That's it : )

Hello Teacher,
O Blog is a introduction itself. A perfct one, because you show yourself trough your ideas, opinions, stetical aproach, answers...

If you intend to speak about you, at least it is so with me, I keep wandering wath is important to show in few words.

A Blog is a interactive tool. You and your readers will learn about each other as the time goes.

Regards,

Horacio

Hi Mayra and Irene!

Thanks for your comments! I liked the questions you wrote, and I'll add all this information in my new introduction, which I'll write tomorrow.

Horácio, I also liked your ideas for I completely agree with the characteristics of a blog you mentioned.

Stay tuned for my new introduction tomorrow!

Hey! I hope I'm still on time to see the answers of my questions posted tomorrow in your full introduction.
Well, Mayra didn't leave me a lot more to ask (lol), but you could tell us about studying english abroad. Have you done this? What is your opinion about it? Do you recommend?
And I see you have travelled, so tell us what was the place you liked the most, even if it's a pub, a club, a library, a street... whatever!
I'll wait for the complete post!

Hi, Ronaldo!

I think I'm very late about our course, but I hope I'll get sucess. Well, I agree with Mayra when she said that your introduction is very short. You need to complete the ideas. How old are you? Where do you teach english? where did you take this picture? What kind of tecnology do you like? I think that's it.

It's no problem being late, Andréa! I'm glad you're in and participating. Thanks for leaving more questions for me to improve my intro, take a look at the final version (http://practicalwriting.blogspot.com/2009/03/my-new-introduction.html) and let me know if it's better.
